1. Download & Read Instruction carefully
2. Register as New User & Login to fill detail.
3. Fill complete Form including Address/Photograph & Subject
4. Generate Challan & deposit in PNB/SBOP Bank.
5. Download Application Form.
6. Deposit to Head Office PSEB/PSEB Sub Office.
