- MPHW (Male & Female), Operation Theatre Assistant, Ophthalmic Assistant & Laboratory Technician pay band Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade pay Rs. 2400/-

Educational Qualification:
- Candidate should have Passed class 10th/ SSC/ 12th/ HSC with ANM Training/ Diploma in Laboratory Technician/ Radiographer/ Dental Hygienist/ Pharmacists/ Dietetics/ Nursing Education & Administration/ Operation Theater Assistant/ Ophthalmic Assistant course/ B. Sc in Nursing/ Home Science/ M. Sc in Dietetics or equivalent.
